Retain Bankruptcy Attorney

Pay your attorney's fee and sign the retainer agreement and we will begin working on your petition immediately. We will then send a draft of your petition for you to review.

Review and File bankruptcy petition

Review your bankruptcy petition. If there are no changes necessary, the next step is to sign your petition.
After we have your petition signed, we will file your petition with the bankruptcy court and you are on your way to your fresh start.
